We are an in-network provider for many local and national insurance companies. No insurance - no problem. Make your appointment and learn about discounts that may apply to you without insurance. We are not currently an In Network Provider for:

Cigna, MassHealth, MassHealth ACO plans (Fallon, Tufts, Commonwealth Care Alliance), Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, Tufts and do not accept Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance or Workers Comp Plans.

Please enter your insurance information in the verification form (a new tab will open in your browser). The form will ask your gender, birthday, insurance company plan name, group number, member number. In the notes please add the name of the primary person on the policy (for family policies), then promise you’re not a robot! Your secure information speeds off to our third party insurance billing company for review of your benefits. We allow for at least 2 days for them to contact your insurance and be sure the benefits review is accurate.

Once we receive the report from our 3rd party biller, we will reach out to your via email to welcome you and confirm what your coverage will cover through our your benefits summary. You can use your benefits summary to determine costs and options, and we can help you strategize the best way to get the most out of your benefits. If your insurance plan has an annual deductible, please note that usually you will need to spend through your deductible before any insurance plan can be billed. Your plan may require that you hold receipts to prove the deductible has been met. It can be hard for us to determine your deductible status, except the first time we validate your plan. If insurance does not pay you would be responsible for our cash rates, which are listed here.

Copayments are always your responsibility, and we accept cash checks and credit card payments. We prefer them to be in cash.
